DO NOT EXPECT A 3-STAR HOTEL
Not A Sheraton Fan Nov 1, 2009
Where to start? The location was convenient. At least I said something nice. The room looked liked a one-star at a rundown ... beach front, or else is regularly used as a frat party palace. Bedspread had obvious cigarette hole, and this was a none smoking floor! The room stank. No air conditioning. No heat. No fan. The headboard creaked and hit the wall with every gentle turn. I stayed 3 nights and wrote a critique after the first night, but surprise, surprise, there was no reaction at all by the manager or staff. On Sunday morning bright and early, the staff thought it was a great time to begin blowing leaves from the parking lot right below my window, with what sounded like a jet engine. I do not know how this hotel got a 3-Star rating, but it barely makes 2-Star and likely is a really good 1-Star. NEVER STAY HERE unless you are not looking for a 3-Star.

We chose this hotel while showing at The Tradition NRHA Futurity at the Kentucky Horse Park. It was a great location and the ... price was really good! The staff was as good as 5 star hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were newly remodeled as was the whole hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone showing horses or just vacationing in Lexington.

We chose it primarily for the location - RIGHT off the expressway. No complaints, I feel it was a very good value and would ... stay there again. The healthclub is open 24 hours, which is nice.

Great Stay
Joseph Nov 18, 2008
Everything from the hotel staff to the rooms were great. It's clean, updated and easy access to the interstate. The only ... drawback was the minimal choices for nearby restaurants (about 10 minute drive to mall area). If you don't mind that short drive, it's well worth the stay. Highly recommend it!

Dirtiest Hallways I have ever seen
Nancy Aug 19, 2007
The Lexington Four Points Sheraton had the dirtiest, most stained carpets that I have ever encountered. To reach our rooms, ... we had to walk past the laundry room's double doors, which were always open, with hot air coming out. This also caused noise. There were areas where bleach had been spilled on the carpets, and then dribbled for several feet down the hall. Trying to cover this stain, they had placed a large rubber rug, which did not lay flat, and really was a dangerous thing to have in the middle of a public hallway. Large stains were very prevalent up and down the hall that we had to travel to go in or out of our rooms. It was a horrible experience.

Won't Go Back
Michelle Apr 22, 2007
Hotel has a new paint job and nice decorations inside and the room was updated. Air did not work very well in the room. ... Walls were super thin and you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the room next door to you. There was no parking at this facility....they had a local group who rented out the convention center - and could not accomodate the guests for parking - THERE WAS NO PARKING WHATSOEVER, for us paying customers who was staying there for pleasure. The desk clerks were rude and not helpful at all. The bartender was pleasant enough and the Maintenance man was the most pleasant man in the building.
