Not Kid Friendly
I was visiting family with my little brother.[...]. I thought I was getting a great deal for a hotel with a pool. I was so wrong!! The pool was at another hotel across the parking lot. I had to walk in and show that hotel management my ID to use the pool. We had to walk pass a gentlemen's club too!! The room wasn't very clean. The light didn't have a cover on it and it did not work. The bathtub was stained but the linens were clean. One of the outlets didn't have a cover and it didn't work either. The hotel staff was nice; that's about the only positive thing! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures provided. The lobby is very small and once you check in you have to walk around the outside of the hotel to get into your room. I didn't even stop to look at what was served for breakfast. The hotel was close to fast food places and a gas station. The interstate was very easy to find form the hotel.I don't care about the size of the tv or the pool as much as I care about a hotel being clean. This hotel would get a 1 out of 5 stars rating from me. I called upper management!!!

nice, comfortable
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, near a gas station and fast food, 8 miles out of downtown Lexington.

Safe in a snow storm
We were enroute to a wedding in Chattanooga, from Columbus, OH. It was a snowy day and we were relieved to finally arrive at the motel. We didn't see a sign on the building and were confused as to whether we were at the right place. The fridge made a loud noise, but we were able to unplug it and use the one in the vacant adjoining room next door. ( We needed it for medication.) The staff was very accomodating.
