Clean rooms and friendly staff define the comfortable value-centric Georgetown Super 8 hotel. noisy, lots of door slamming
Noisy. Doors slammed, voices in hall during the night, footsteps above and in stairwell. Also, could smell cigarette smoke. Outer safety door didn't close properly.

Georgetown
Horrible Experience
Shortly after checking into this hotel my wife had to use to bathroom due to a long road trip. To our dismay the toilet did not properly flush. We informed the front desk of our issue and were informed they were aware of the problem and handed us a plunger. The next day, housekeeping "forgot" to clean our room. So we returned to our room to find the bed's not made nor the trash emptied. Our towels were still wet on the bathroom counter were we left them for room service. The back of the remote control was held together with grey duct tape. We stayed on the first floor and heard every step the guess above us took. Would not recommend this hotel very old, we had a non smoking room however it still smelled like smoke

Home away from home....
This was the third time we have stayed at this Super 8. It is located within walking distance of many nice restaurants and had shopping areas close by. The Kentucky Horse Park is just a short drive from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we really enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The main reason we first chose this motel is because they are pet friendly......

Horse lover
We were in town for the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse National Show. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we returned this year. The rooms are very comfortable with both a microwave and a refrigerator. They provide a very nice complimentary breakfast. We will stay here again. They also allow pets.

The breakfast is well worth the trip. Hospitality, biscuits, gravy, eggs toast and they try their best to give you whatever you like as well.

Unbeatable price for comforte
My trip this time around was to relax. I live in NYC, I needed a change. Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Next time I'm bringing the rest of my family to come an enjoy as I did.

Walk n drive to most places to eat along with near by gas stations n deli's that have a little of everything u may need or want. An u can always have hot b-fast provided by the hotel.
