Days Inn Franklin

I booked the hotel for a very cheap price. One attendant was not very good. She was ordering a pizza instead of checking me in. The attendant that checked me out was very friendly. The room I booked was also supposed to be nonsmoking but it smelled of smoke. That being said the deal was so good that it is hard to complain.

Room was very clean and the workers were very polite. The room was a little small and the door to the bathroom barely shut because it was too big and hit the toilet. Overall it was a very nice experience and would stay there again.

I travel from Indiana to Kentucky every other month and have stayed at Days Inn every time. And every time I stay there I always get put over by the trucks from hell. I can request another room(every time) and I am told they are sold out. Wrong...I counted 12 empty rooms at 130am the last time I stayed. Horrible customer service--And so everyone knows--DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. THEY WILL STILL COME INTO YOUR ROOM WITH YOU THERE OR NOT. AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET MORE TOWELS AFTER THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL OF THEM FROM YOUR ROOM...UNACCEPTABLE HOTEL PERIOD!

Room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable!!!

Very friendly staff willing to go that extra distance to make for a pleasant stay. My room faced a block wall separating me from the truck stop parking. I am a light sleeper but was never bothered by the air brakes or diesel engines. Nearby eating establishments::::not a wide selection. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. No Bugs. I will be staying there again in September.

this is the second time i make on line reservations-first with and second with [...] to stay at days inn. know that they do not gaurentee NON-smoking rooms when made on line. and this was second time we were put in tractor trailor horror-airbrakes all night long..very loud. and no other rooms available.

Quiet and clean. Doesn't have a lot of amenities like hotels with higher star rating, but it's a good deal for a two star motel... and fairly close to Nashville without the expensive rates found just inside the TN border.

I have enjoyed staying in other Days Inn hotels & had no problems or complaints. I thought the price was great until I was in my room, then I was disgusted to find out there was roachs. I will deffinately never stay at that location again but would possibly consider another location.

Convenient for my needs. Immediately off I-65.

We were in town to see family but there is quite a bit to do in the area. The location is great, right off the highway,gas stations and food within walking distance. This was the second time we've stayed here and had a very positive experience both times.
