Okay place to stay
This hotel was right off of the highway, and was well-set-back off of the road (many of the hotels at this exit were closer). So easy to get to and not too noisy. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, but the room was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is that [...] claims it is a 3-star property and it is not. Should show as a 2-star hotel.

Just stayed for the night
We just staying for the night. Checked in kind of late in the day. Got checked in after about 5 minutes of talking to the front desk. I am sure that there are nicer hotels in Franklin, but we just wanted a place to sleep and this was that. The rates are some of the lowest there and the rooms are fairly large and very nice for the price. We didn't use it, but the pool is pretty small. Breakfast was brisket, toast and bagels that you warm up or toast your self. Also had cereal and muffins.

almost but not quite
We were in the area for a family reunion as every year. Hotel claim recent renovations but the plumbing in still slow and the continental breakfast is weak for the price of the rooms. Might as well leave it off and just direct guest across the street to Cracker Barrel or McDonald's. The rooms are clean and quite just a little high for what you don't get.

Somewhat lacking
Check-in was slow, the staff was courteous. The so-called complimentary continental breakfast was lacking; the orange juice tasted as though it had been significantly diluted; there was no fresh fruit of any sort (bananas or other items). No free morning paper in the lobby (such as a USA Today), either. The room itself was acceptable.
