While in town visiting family

I would not return to this hotel. In fact, I checked out after 1 night from a 2 night reservation. While the location was convenient, the staff friendly, the room clean and the bed comfortable, the non smoking room had a strong musty, smokey smell that permeated my senses and I could not sleep. This is a two star hotel and absolutely not worth the standard $80-$85 rate. Very Disappointing after seeing this hotel listed as #1 in the area on another site.

Average stay

My one disappointment was that the pool was on the second floor and there was not an elevator to access it. Since all three of us are handicapped we were unable to use the pool and it was one of the reasons we chose it!

Here for a friend with terminal cancer ....

The staff has been wonderful and very compassionate. Day by day I've extended my stay here, as a friend is in final stages of cancer and am on a day by day stay. I explained that I don't know how long I need to be here and each member of the staff has been very helpful and kind to me. This location is easy as there is excellent access to 64, restaurants, etc.

Will stay again

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean, pool was fun, and the employees were all pleasant and friendly. Great working A.C.on a hot day. We plan to go back to Frankfort and will book our next stay here. Not far from restaurants and shopping either (:

Not exactly what I expected

Hotel was not as nice as the pictures. All vending machines were empty so had to leave the hotel for drinks. Would have been nice to know it was located in a more industrial area. Would suggest a better packet of things to do and places to eat and shop.

Good location and value

Very easy access to I64 and Frankfort. The free continental breakfast is a plus. Easy access to free in room Wi-Fi with good data speed. Plenty of fast food eateries nearby or a short drive to more upscale dining in Lexington area. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Too bad they do not have hi-def TV.
