the motel is a little dated but had a pool, sauna and hot tub. Towels left a lot to be desired (size and softness). Would use it again if I had children with me and wanted a pool.

The Camino Real restaurant was close by and provided good food for a reasonable price. There are several other food choices nearby.

Great!!!
It was our honey moon night and we were married in our back yard, the room was awesome, great bed, clean and ooohhh soo soft and comfy, the hot tub felt awesome after all the stress of getting everything right (almost, lol) ,it just melted the stress away and well, we had a great time!! ;-))))

Great stay, great deal
It was a great experience overall. The room was clean, got a great deal, right next to the pool. The pool and spa was relaxing, took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Definitely going to stay again

Great fun, but not so clean
The kids (9 teenagers!) couldn't wait to get in the pool. We were very excited when we drove up! Everyone enjoyed the experience. Maybe putting the dumpster out back would improve initial impressions. We would like to come back and stay in one of the themed rooms.

planning a return visit
At first I was worried after reading some other reviews afterall I booked the room for 3 days. I did have a problem with the first room. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were moved me to another room and I have no other complaints. We visited several cincy attractions and shopped at the local mall as well as eating dinner at local restaurants. Used the pool and at breakfast at the hotel. Planning on another family stay there in one of the themed rooms and possibly a romantic night away too. This is also a family hotel so if you choose a poolside room or just to use the pool expect some noise. =)

Newport Aquarium, Cincinatti Zoo, Union Terminal Museums and Omnimax are all only 15 to 20 min. away. Shopping was good at Florence Mall and Newport on the Levee.

glad to get away working man
the not so quiet get a way
swam in the pool. Relaxed in the hot tub. We were awoken in the early morning by some rowdy guests.

It was good for the price
The location was perfect it was less than 10 miles to everywhere we planned to go!! There were lots of restaurants and things to do within a mile of the hotel. The hotel itself was just average but the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The weekend was really crowded but the week days were not! We visited the Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium, and the Cincinnati Zoo. All of which were great!! We also visited the florence mall which was nice and had a lot of things to do for children! they had a carousel, play area and a train they could ride. Also the shops were great! The food court was also nice it had lots of places to sit and they provided high chairs!! Overall it was a great vacation!

Three time charm
I check in a try to find our room. We found the room but it was on the second floor. I am disable and can't climb stairs and there is NO elevator. So then I went to the desk again and they change us to another room. That room was dirt, there were bugs and ants. So I told them I wasn't staying there if they don't have better rooms then that I was going somewhere else. I was move for the third time close to the pool area inside. That was a nicer room nothing fancy. It was clean and I felt a little more secure. The pool area was great and my grand daughter love it and I might be back again.
