Studio Plus Cincinnati - Florence

It was terrible we asked for a late check in and we never even got to check in there was no one at the desk to let us in that was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

The staft was real good at helping me get to where I had to go.

We arrived and the first thing I noticed was the odor of cigarette smoke permeating every corner of the lobby. I was hoping it would be better in the room but when we got there it had not been cleaned properly with blond hair all over the couch and just plain not clean. The staff were very apologetic and put us up in a cleaner, upgraded room but the smell of smoke still invaded our non-smoking room. The smell was better in the room but still not what I would call a non-smoking room. I'll never stay there again.

We played card games,watched movies,we were out most of the time,but the hotel was really nice wished we could have stayed inside longer.The room could have used some dish washing liquid,and more kitchen utensils,but overall it was great.

The rooms could be some cleaner; like I said television channels were poor; don't like having to pay extra for internet. Really like the big rooms, don't feel cramped in there. All and all it was a nice stay.

Nice, quiet place to stay......no frills, but clean and comfortable!

The Studio Plus was mininally comfortable. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. I opened the room and the bed was unmade, towels were on the bathroom floor. I was then given a room that smelled wet and like stale smoke. The bathroom towel mat was still wet, ugh. I had to open windows, turn on bathroom exhaust and air conditioner at the same time to get the smell from the room. That really never happended since I was there only for 1 day and 1 night. I would not stay there again. The upside is I was able to find numerous chain restraurants and good access to freeways.

There were stains on sofa bed, where my two children were to be sleeping. And when we got to our room there was a not so pleasant smell. The staff person that we had contact with was very pleasant.

For a good night sleep it is a good place to stay. I was suprised with the confort of the bed since getting a great night sleep is important to me. The hotel could use renovations...entry way and hall way capet has seen better days. The kitchen was convenient though in our room two of the burners on the stove did not work. Close to Cinnciati which for us made the stay a great value.
