Ramada Florence

Went home after many years. The hotel staff from check in to check out was very accomodating with my handicap. We were just off I-75 but the noise did not affect us at all. Really enjoyed the lounge and rest. at the hotel.

We stayed here because of the price and well I guess you get what you pay for in the end. Totally gross hotel! The girl at the front desk was wearing sweatpants & a t-shirt! Totally unprofessional! The room that was supposedly renovated was dirty. The bathroom was gross & the hair dryer had rust on it. This hotel was a big mistake! Don't stay here!!!

The place was a dive. The exterior was trashy. I swear there was a blood stain on the front sidewalk.The pool was closed for "construction." The back entrance was not secured; no need to use the slide card. The only redeeming factor was it was across the street from a Waffle House and fifteen minutes from the Cincinnati Airport. In the late night it was a place to lay my head before an early flight.

This was an Okay stop for the night, but the hotel is in need of a remodeling that it is currently undergoing, so things may get better.

The Ramada Florence presents a pretty picture from I75/I71. However, when we poulled into the parking lot our first clue that all was not well when we saw a nightstand just lying by the front door. The hotel was in the midst of apparently much neededd renovations. We couldn't find our room after checking in because the room number was penciled in. upon entering and opening the shade, we saw a vision of loveliness as the pool had not been worked on in some time as it was a lovely shade of green. A coffee maker was in the room but no coffee or cups. The AC unit worked fine and one desk clerk did her best to insure our comfort. Please reconsider listing this hotel on you web site unless someone does further research after renovation.

Motel undergoing much needed major renovation. New carpet had just been installed and a heavy odor of glue in the air. We did get coffee for the pot after going to the front desk. Found out that there was no washcloth in bath after getting into shower (used hand towel). Phone was falling apart and had a flashing light that I covered with a newspaper to get rid of the annoying flash. The curtain in the room were in bad repair. The handle on the sink was loose and the tub water had to be turned so hard to get the water off that you could hardly stop or start the water. The room numbers were written on the wall in pencil and not very noticeable. We were only looking for a good nights sleep and the bed was perfect, the location was quite and the desk clerk was friendly but I'm not sure I would stay there again. The price was good but the Travelodge next door was advertising for 5 dollars less.

The room was comfortable and I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator that was an extra touch to store perishable items, very nice. It was very quite and peaceful in the hotel. I did not like that the bathroon did not have a fan in there, because there was more than one person using the restroom , if you know what I mean. The location was only 9 minutes to visit family. There were all types of places to eat at, so the location was great.
