Quality Inn & Suites

Our room was great. This hotel had all the amenities that I needed. This hotel was wonderful and my experience at the Macy's Jazz Festival was awesome. Lastly, the staff were very accomadating.

Check-in was smooth. We reserved two rooms. The first room was ready, the second room was not (well after 3:00 check in time). It did not become ready until after 6:00 and then was missing towels, wash cloths & toilet paper! The first room needed ceiling repairs in the bathroom, the faucet in the bath was loose (could pull it up and out!), the room was also missing any place to put your suitcase, no chair for table to sit at, only the beds to sit on! The hotel is in the "middle" of an update, I think. Although the "wet paint" sign had dust on it and the painters tape was peeling due to age! Do not stay here. I got what I paid for! Not much.

Probably my worst hotel experience in the U.S. The front desk gave us a forewarning of this experience by trying to check us into what would prove to be a dirty room with a phone that did not work. They moved us to an alternate but the second room was not much better. It had been serviced but was far from clean. Piles of lent, dust, food crumbs in all corners. Black mold in the shower. And water from the shower seeped under the dividing wall with the bed area and soaked clothes that were stacked and placed there. There was no help from the front desk and since I had already been charged for the room we decided to stick it out. By the way, this hotel's definition of a non-smoking room means that any smoker in a non-smoking room should simply go into the hallway and smoke. Four occupants in our hallway decided to do this. Don't waste your money here.

This hotel was not well maintained at all it was a big dissappointment. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing about this hotel, besides pleanty of stores and restaurants being close by. When we arrived after 3pm we had to wait on the room to be cleaned.

We used the hotel for down-time during our trip. In looking on-line, there were many things that made this hotel stand out from the others we looked at. However, there was no fitness center; the pool looked as though it have not been cleaned in years with black water; there were no phones in the rooms, so you could not contact the front desk; the wireless was difficult to figure out how to use; the bathroom smelled like smoke, even though we were in a non-smoking room and had several black spots along the tub.

It was a decent place, but carpets looked dirty and the cleaning staff look like street people. If u can get the room less than 45 bucks go for it. Anything more go to another hotel.

It was a quiet, restful evening for us. Everything worked well. WIll stay there again. Had a problem with the TV, but desk clerk just gave us another room.

when I arrived breakfast area was flooded. conference room which was set up as alternate breakfast room also had leaky roof but not flooded. Room was in need of remodel. tub drain stopper missing. holes in wall patched but not sanded or painted. towel rack was partially pulled out of wall. The shuttle service was a joke, as it was provided by another hotel in the area. I was there for 4 nights, and had not rented a car, so I was dependant on the shuttle service to bring me to and from a company VERY close to the entrance of the airport. First problem was they couldn't find the street, did I mention it was off of airport bvld? you know at the airport??? second was of the 4 times they needed to pick me up in the morning they FORGOT 3 times (didn't write it in the book or if they did they didn't read the book even when I called to confirm less then an hour before they still forgot) the one time that I was picked up on time was the day after I told the driver (who was very nice/friendly) that I needed a ride the same time/place the next day.

This is a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. It was clean, very comfortable, and served an excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.
