I booked on line with my visa, and yet when I got there, they asked if I wanted to leave the room on the mastercard that I had used. I questioned, because I don't have a mastercard, was told it was something that the hotel did, etc., then when I checked out the receipt showed 51.88 using a mastercard, not my address, not even my charge for the room. I questioned and the guy had no idea. still not sure what the heck is going on. Waiting to do a credit check

We booked this hotel based on the pictures of the room. We got there and the clerk was very unfriendly, even when we checked out. Once we got to the room, our keys did not work, and once we got into the room, it looked like the picture, but MUCH smaller. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the room was tiny. The guests were loud coming and going.The price was great but I will definitely NOT stay again, nor would i recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!! I'll pay the extra 20 something bucks to stay down the street.

My review of Microtel Cincinnati Airport Florence
ask for blankets on the 1st night and some towels and washcloths which were not in the room did not get spoke with desk clerk she apologized the next morning stating they were short staffed and then i ask was there a iron she stated it would be 3 to 5 hrs or maybe checkout b4 i could get iron also when i 1st got to room someone that work there walked straight in very terrible service. THE ROOMS EXTRA SMALL

Disappointment with a capital D
Well the good thing was that we got an upgrade because they had given our room away. So we ended up in a suite. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. That is where the good ended. We thought the suite was a little small and seemed more the size of a normal hotel room. Then we saw my sister in-law's room, it was more like a closet. Our carpet had stains, the towels were dingy. The bed was like sleeping on a board. I would not stay at this hotel again if they gave me a room free. No I would not recommend it to an enemy.
