The room itself although clean and lovely had only three sheets of kleenex in the box, and no caffinated coffee in the ... basket. In the morning, (8am)the elevator had clods of dried mud on the floor aand there were similar chunks of mud all along the main hall to the elevator on the main floor..

fabulous stay at La Quinta!

We arrived early and the hotel staff was very accomodating! Our room was wonderfully quiet with a VERY freindly front desk ... staff. The breakfast had a surprisingly wide variety . It was the best stay in the greater Cincinnati area we have ever had. We will DEFINITELY book here again! Thanks, La Quinta!

You are only a 3 minute drive tfrom the Montgomery Inn - the front desk recommended it and the ribs were fabulous! Great atmosphere!

Stayed there due to 30 minute drive to Kentucky Speedway. The no-smoking room was a 'used to be' smoking room, so the smell ... was still lingering. Beds were comfortable, pillows awful, shower great, breakfast so-so, automatic climate control worked good, staff certainly does not go to any effort to make you feel welcome, but it was a place to sleep for the night. It did have good proximity to stores and food.

Nice place -the staff was great when Orbitz botched my specific requests --the staff upgraded my room to a suite for free & ... did so quickly & cheerfully. The suite itself was nice w/ a king bed, large bathroom, 2 TV's, fridge, sink & small stove. Cleaniness was a minor issue --not terrible but not as clean as I would have liked/hoped. The best part? The room was incredibly quiet!! While the property is behind a Meijer store & very close to another hotel next door -we heard virtually nothing!!!! Also the window coverings blocked out light very well--if you need a haven near the interstate, shopping & the airport the La Quinta is good choice.

Great price...comfy bed, very clean room, and was pleasantly surprised to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. ... Complimentary breakfast was more than expected also, with sausage, biscuits, and a make your own waffle station. Will definitely stay in a La Quinta again.

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The pool was warm as bath water. The only negative thing I have to say ... is that we had "re-magnitize" our key everytime we came back from somewhere. It would work to get us in the hotel but not our room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very comfortable Room

I was pleasantly surprised when opening the hotel room door. This was my first stay at LaQuinta. The room was spacious, had ... a microwave, small refrigerator, desk, plenty of lighting for working. The bed was comfortable and was nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler in the Florence area. Great value and very close to stores and many choices of restaurants.

There is Meijer's store right on the property, the racetrack very very close, and restaurants on each of the corners. This is perfect if you have your wife along with you on a business trip. There is also a mall within about one mile of the hotel.

La Quinta Inn was very comfortable but what impress me the most was the continental breakfast which incuded waffles and all ... the trimmings plus a person taking care of any assistance needed. Lots of malls and stores within a 3 mile radius.

A Nice Surprise

This was my first stay at a La Quinta Hotel and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The staff was great, the room ... was nice, and I loved having free wireless Internet so I could keep in touch with my business. I would stay there again and recommend La Quinta Hotels to my friends and family.
