Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Airport/Erlanger

There was a huge stain on one of the four tiny rock hard pillows. My heater just blew out cold air no matter what setting I had changed it to. The wireless Internet could barely support a web page. My sheets smelled like they had been washed six months prior and then were thrown in a closet. The floors looked as though they haven't been washed in years. The bathroom had two very small towels, barely capable of drying a full gown adult. The water in the shower barely came to a temperature that anyone could consider warm and then became ice cold after about 3 minutes. There was barely 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper.

My husband amid stayed for Super Bowl weekend. Hotel staff barged into our room twice without even knocking. Once shortly after we checked in and once in the morning (the do not disturb sign was on the door). Other problems: no water in exercise room, tv in room didn't work, shower did not drain properly. When complained at front desk at checkout , manager would not talk to us. Just sent the desk clerk out to get our email for a coupon for a free stay at that hotel. Needless to say we declined. Will never go back,

The hotel was perfect, we went on obitz and were I awe of how cheap the rate was for such agreat hotel! The rooms were very nice, comfy bed, great breakfast, and nice pool. The only down side was the location. Unless you prefer gas stations the location could use a restaurant or two around it.

Everything was wonderful, and it offered exceptional value. The only complaint was the housekeeping. They didn't change bed linens when requested to, and they opened a wrapped gift that was in our closet (at least they didn't take it!).

I loved this hotel - great staff, close to the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful. room and common areas are very well kept. room was comfy. pillows were great - and i am a snob. cons: it was a bit noisy with the freeway as close as it is but i really didnt notice it too much and i was in a room I would have. I was right over the lobby so that could be a bit noisy but i stuffed pillows under the door. breakfast was average.

Stayed here to attend games at Paul Brown Stadium. Great location...no trouble getting to games. Great hotel!! Would return again.

We stayed in the Wingate for only one night. We only live an hour and a half away, but our favorite college was playing Cincinnati and we also wanted to see the Newport Aquarium. It was in a great location, very easy to find. The room was very comfortable, although we should have brought our own pillows, they were a little too firm for our taste. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to any of our friends travelling to the greater Cincinnati area.

Great amenities, staff was wonderful & helpful. Room needed dusting.

We flew into Kentucky/Ohio airport and the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to from the airport. We found it very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was courteous and friendly. We also found good restaurants just down the road about 2 miles and easy access to the freeways.

I was in town for a conference downtown, yet everything in town was booked solid. The hotel is situated in a perfect place as it is close to downtown and the airport. Rooms are very nice and very quite considering the closeness of the highway. Highly recommended
