Holiday Inn has stepped up their game

I arrived at the hotel about 1am walked up to the counter, and was handed my key and told to have a restful nights sleep. ... That's a flawless check in for a tired traveler. Room was a non smoking, king that had plenty of room and comfortable bed. One touch I really liked was a variety of pillows that were labeled as "soft" or "hard". Finally, I don't need to drag my home pillow with me. I haven't stayed in a holiday inn for years & usually stay at up scale hotels for business travel. I was pleasantly suprised by this holiday inn's level of service, accomodations and facilities.

The front desk workers were very kind and friendly. The room was neat and clean. The pool area was spotless and even had ... rolled up towels near every chair. Just 2 minutes from the airport. Very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks: I could hear someone urinating in a nearby ... hotel bathroom. I've never heard that kind of noise before at a hotel, and other than that the room was quiet and restful. And they ran out of the item I requested from the dinner menu (turkey sandwich). Other than that I was happy with my stay. I especially appreciate the complimentary USA Today at my door in the morning. I also suggest that the hotel invest in women-friendly items, such as makeup remover cloths.

Business trip. Nice staff, clean rooms, but the wireless internet needs tuning. The signal was weak and I was dropped several ... times while communicating with office. Although I did not have time to use it, the fitness center looked well outfitted.

Even though this loctation was very close to the airport there was nothing for miles to eat, shop, or entertainment. Ended up ... checking up the next day and relocating to the Hyatt in downtown. Ideal location and stay.

We arrived at the Holiday Inn CINCINNATI-AIRPORT, ERLANGER, Unites States just about midnight; the check-in went smoothly and ... the receptionist was extremely polite. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate a couple meals at the on premise dining and were pleased with the service, the food was prepared well. We were in town for a short stay to attend a funeral and the plesantness of the staff at the hotel helped keep our moods upbeat. The day of check was the day of the funeral and we needed to extend the check-out time for one of the rooms which they pleasently agreed too. If I were to go back to the area I would definelty stay at this facility again.

The staff was outstanding in every aspect. we were greeted warmly and they went out of their way to assist. The staff in ... the lounge where we snacked was outstanding and the very courteous. They made great suggestions and invited us back.
