Surprise getaway
The hotel was very nice, comfy beds & felt clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool was a good touch to have. However, there was not much immediately surrounding the hotel so that required a short/long drive down I-75 depending on what one desired.

Helpful Staff
Staff were very helpful & friendly. Pool area (winter swim outing) & room were very clean and family friendly. Cons: No restaurant on property.

Cincinnati Airport Courtyard
The stay was pleasant and the staff did a good job in providing taxi service to my appointments. The only thing I was not happy with was there was no restaurant for dinner. They only served breakfast which was an inconvenience for me. They did offer to take you to a nearby mall for dinner if you "took care of their driver." This was advertise as having a restaurant and it did not. There was no time for sightseeing, etc.

Nice & clean
The hotel was very clean and maintained. I was surprised breakfast was not included. The breakfast was out of food at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and took over 20 minutes to refill with fresh food.

First Class Service
I had an early flight (6:15AM) out of the Cincinnati Airport after visiting family in southern Ohio. I checked in Saturday evening, then one of the hotel staff followed me over to my car rental place in the hotel shuttle so I could drop off my car. They drove me back to the hotel, then took me to the airport EARLY the next morning. It made it extremely easy for me.

Courtyard Stay
My only misunderstanding... was the breakfast buffet. Apparently, because I booked thru Orbitz and not the hotel directly, we did not qualify for a free breakfast buffet. We used our savings to pay for our breakfast in the long run.. but essentially, I wish I had known in advance this type of information up front.

Unbeatable location for the price
We visited the Cincinnati Museum and the Omnimax. Also, went to Newport Aquarium. The staff was awesome. They had tickets for the Aquarium which made the entrance a lot quicker. They also provided directions to restaurants, the Aquarium and to the Museum. Wonderful group of people.

Nice stay
Enjoyed the stay. It was hard to check in, because all the Cubs fans were buying Cubs/Reds game tickets. Easy to get to, with a nice local. Front deck was very helpful with direction to shopping and restaruants.
