Good Value for an overnight stay.
The hotel is a good value. There was a problem with the room we were given, and it was immediately corrected when we pointed out the problem. The breakfast was good.

Serves its purpose, nothing noteworthy
Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Erlanger as a cheap staging point to visit Cincinnati from. And it was just that, cheap. Amenities are about what you'd expect. The room smelled like several smokers had been in it. The bathroom worked. The Standard Def TV didn't have that many channels. The A/C worked. All in all, it worked for what we needed, but it wasn't fantastic by any means.

I will never stay their again
I spent 22 years in the military and I have traveled the world. I was thoroughly disgusted with our room. The pictures on the internet were very misleading. We would have gone to another hotel but a jazz event was going on and there were no rooms available in the greater Cincinati area. If I were you I would take this place off your website.

HOTEL REVIEWS
WELL FIRST OF ALL WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR OF MY HOTEL ROOM,THE SMELL WAS AWEFUL...THE SMELL OF TOBACCO.IT WAS AWEFUL.[...] I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.....THIS HOTEL DOESN'T GET NOT ONE STAR FROM ME.SORRY THIS IS HOW I FEEL.GOD BLESS

Pleasent surroundings helpful staff
We were very happy with the Comfort Inn on our trip to Tenn. so much, so we stayed there on the way bach home. We would do it again. It's close to the highway and good resturants are near by. It was very warm but their air conditioning worked very well and we were comfortable.

My review of Comfort Inn Conference Center
I got in very late and left very early, so I only spent 6 hours there sleeping. The room was ok for the price. My only nit is that the air conditioner did not seem to have a thermostat, so it was on all the time.

Avoid it if you can
We were stuck because our flights misconnected. There was a free shuttle but since we had no car, we had no options for getting a quick dinner. WE had to walk across the parking lot to Waffle House which was interesting but not appetizing. The hotel room was dirty.

good location - poor housekeeping
Location of the hotel was close to the exit and that made it easy to find. Good dining and other shopping was an easy drive and fairly close. The sheets on the bed were stained the first night. The bedding was changed, at our request. There was hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom which we requested to have swept. It did not happen.

Many different restaurants and stores are within 2 miles of the hotel. Most close by 11 pm so nightowls will have a hard time finding a place to go.
