A very nice stay
My Radisson experience was very enjoyable, the location is fantastic for any activities related to the downtown Cincinnati area. The staff was courteous and efficient. Televisions in the rooms could use some upgrading. Overall room cleanliness was above average, though window curtain had a small water stain and the outside of the balcony windows weren't fully cleaned.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!
I have spent two weekends here in the last month, and I plan on going back in about 3 weeks. My husband and I love weekend getaways, and this is our new favorite. The hotel has fabulous views day and night with balconies, a dynamite Sunday Brunch on the 17th floor revolving restaurant for 360 views with prime rib, peel n eat shrimp and crepes. Love the Hot Tub, Heated Pool, and location to fun hotspots in Covington (Jazz and blues bar/restaurants) and Newports Bars and Restaurants and Aquarium. You can tell the staff love the hotel and are committed to it's success. Daily morning buffet for $7.95 main floor restaurant. High quality beds and linens with tons of pillows. Used the workout room, and relaxed in the hot tub. Great value and I'm a critical. Don't miss it.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
Historic Covington starts just across the street. 9 blocks of bars, restaurants, shops, and residential with lots of live music, especially jazz and blues. Chez Nora is a must...head to the 3rd floor for live music and outdoor balcony seating for great views of fireworks from the Reds games.

A Room with a View
We were in Covington for a wedding rehearsal and then the wedding the following afternoon. I was the minister presiding. The accommodations were first-rate, the bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any hotel, thanks to the sleep number system, and the view of the Ohio river and the Cincinnati skyline was most memorable. We did not have a chance to visit the revolving restaurant, but did enjoy the breakfast buffet at Kelly's. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Average
We checked in for two nights for a mini spring break getaway. The staff was extremely friendly, and the lobby was fairly elegant. The pool is set in a tropical scene which made the hotel more attractive. The room itself made me and my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable. They are very small, no fridge, no microwave, old television. The sleep number bed was a complete joke. The remote didn't corroborate with the bed whatsoever. The bed deflated throughout the nights , extremely uncomfortable. When we confronted the staff about the beds, they said the beds are old and rarely get "serviced". Our room was on the twelfth floor, located on the highway side. The cars/trucks didn't keep us up all night, but it did make it a bit harder to fall asleep. Since the hotel is a tower, the rooms are designed very strange. The walls are crooked which made both of us feel uneasy, and somewhat dizzy at times. Incorporate that with the wind that it didn't make a pleasurable experience staying in the room. The hotel makes up for it with the restaurant in the lobby, Kelly's Public House. Fairly reasonable breakfast buffet, great staff, and very well ventilated for the smokers. All in all, decent place to stay, but I suggest requesting a room on the lower floors.

A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION
This place was close to EVERYTHING in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky! A remarkebly designed hotel with truly remarkable staff on duty, this Radisson was just about as perfect as it can get for the family traveler. Minutes from the Cincy Zoo, Newport Aquarium, and Great American Ballpark. Terrific view, at least it was from the 13th floor!

Great value
The hotel was very nice for the value. Each room has a Sleep Number bed that was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient. The location is a gift and a curse: the highway is very convenient but noisy.

Outdoor shopping center at Rookwood. We found an amazing boutique called "Apricot Lane." Very trendy and reasonably priced. I'll go back to Cinci just for that.
