Enjoyable and very informative front desk staff. Breakfast staff were also very pleasant and friendly. Decent breakfast with hotel charge. Close to many amenities; such as, New Port, Ky Aquarium, Underground RR, and the Creation Museum. Nice indoor pool. No outside pool. One thing I missed was no ventilation in the bathroom for the steam to escape. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Fantastic getaway
Stayed at the hotel for a Reds game during Memorial weekend. Staff and service was great! Located right across from downtown Cincinnati. The free breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Won't stay here again!
At first they told me the only available space was a broom closet of a room that smelled of moldy flatulence...for that matter the whole establishment had a musty odor. When I said 'no way' they had other rooms which were slightly better but still overpriced for quality and neighborhood.[...]

The entire staff was very friendly and eager to serve. The location is excellent and just minutes away from downtown Cincy. The free breakfast was very popular with the guests, so be prepared to wait patiently if the hotel is full. The weekend we stayed happened to coincide with the Macys Music Festival, a Reds game and a KISS concert so the place was full of people and it seemed as if we all waited until the last minute to wake up and eat breakfast...all at the same time. The staff did a great job of keeping up and the food was warm and tasty!

Newport, KY is just a few minutes away and has MANY food, shopping and entertainment options...especially the Levee. The aquarium is probably the most well known attraction there, but you'll discover much more. Since it's just over the river, we parked there in the morning, enjoyed the area, ate and then walked across the bridge to our event in downtown Cincy. Afterwards we walked back across the bridge to Newport and drove back to the hotel. It only cost us $4.00 to park for 14 hours and we didn't have to deal with downtown event parking!

A good night
We chose a Hampton Inn because we can be assured of a nice room and good service, and we weren't disappointed. The location is easy to find if you need access to Cincinnati.

Awesome family vacation
From the time we arrived to the time we left the employees we're outstanding even the security. Yes, the security. I went down stairs to throw away a pizza box and couldn't find a trash can big enough. A security gaurd was eating dinner and said to leave it and he'd throw it away out back. I thought, he really loves working at the Hampton Inn because he could've left it sitting there until morning. My wife, children and I had a GREAT time and will go back to Cincinnati and stay at the Hampton Inn.

The location. Being across the river is awesome because your within 5-10 minutes from everything. I will take my family back.

Great location & Price
Great location for downtown Cincinnati. Went to reds game. Not a very big room but perfect for our trip. Breakfast was pretty good also. Some fast food restaurants close by.

Nice and clean
Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilet didn't flush properly upon our arrival and maintenance was sent up immediately and it was fixed within minutes. Complimentary breakfast was great! Definitely a great stay!!
