Excellent weekend stay!

The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. Our room was ready and very clean when we arrived. There is no other hotel ... that can compare to the prepared to order breakfast. The entire facility was accommodating whether you were there for business or pleasure. Enjoyed our stay.

I take my son-in-law and grandson to a Bengals game every year. Every year we stay someplace new. We decided this is the ... hotel to stay at from now on. Close to the stadium, great service and very clean. It will be the only hotel we stay at in Cincinnati from now on.

This was my high school's 50th reunion. The staff, especially [...], was terrific. Food was excellent. Slept better at the ... hotel than my own bed. Will stay with Embassy first and foremost when available.

Wonderful staff, rooms are great and Parking valets-are first class. They were happy to give accurate directions and made ... excellent recommendations. We did choose the hotel based on ammenities and were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed (something we really wanted). The wedding party next door were somewhat obnoxious but the Hotel staff made up for it with there kindness and the quality of their service.

Nice location - you can walk along the river and nearby historic distict. Plenty of restaurants to choose from 6 - 12 blocks ... away plus local cafe in front of hotel and starbucks across the street. Easy parking and just across the bridge to football and baseball stadiums.

We had a great weekend at Embassy Suites Cincinnati-Rvercenter in Covington, Ky. They have a wonderful comp breakfast. We ... enjoyed the Managers reception each evening. We had a room with a view of the beautiful Ohio river.

We have stayed here on and off for the past ten years. We enjoy the location and the abilty to travel to Cincinnati easily. ... The Hotel has a friendly staff but fewer services each year. The rooms are starting to look worn and the cleanliness is not up to par. The breakfast where atiquate but not like they where five years ago. The Hotel bar is not in service and the pool is too small and crowded.

We have stayed at this hotel before and would again. Staff is very attentive and quick to respond to requests. The rooms ... are spacious and we love the seperate sitting area as my husband is an earlier riser than I. He could work on his laptop or just watch TV after enjoying the free hot breakfast in the lobby.

A group of nine friends came to visit the Hoffbrau House in nearby Newport. The cabride was $7 for 6 of us. A nice perk! This German beer hall has good food at fair prices and the atmosphere is authentic. I recommened the 'quiet, non-smoking' room for families, but the hall for fun lovers!

The good & the bad

The hotel is in a good location and easy access to downtown and the fwy. However, there was urine on the floor between the ... toilet and the shower that was there from the time we checked in and was still there when we left 4 days later. Didn't recieve package that was left for me by the bride to be upon arrival (neither did another party guest). The staff would stand at the front desk and talk amongst themselves while your standing there waiting to talk to them. Lastly, they only had 1 computer in the business center and the printer didn't work so couldn't print boarding pass and the kiosk they had for web-checkin/boarding passes wasn't working either. I will say that EVERYTIME we would see housekeeping they always asked if everything was okay and would say hi, etc. They were the only staff members that were friendly. I would not stay at this hotel again, I would try the Mariott across the street the next time.

I didn't expect much - most of the hotels near downtown Cincinnati were booked and I made a reservation at the last minute. ... The Embassy Suites in Covington is right across the river from downtown, and you could easily walk to a lot of things or take a short cab ride. Considering that the hotel must have been completely full, it was quiet and breakfast was crowded but well-stocked. The suite was much larger than I expected or needed, but it would have been nice if I had been staying for a few nights.

Nada in downtown Cincinnati serves food after 11. I didn't have a chance to eat before a concert that finished at 11, so this was a good find. Very loud, but the food and drinks were not just there - they were good.

hotel has a great cafe right outside, dining outdoors was awesome, not too pricey and was quite enjoyable. wasattending a ... wedding there and it just fantastic. managers reception at night was really nice and the lady bartender was really very good.

I have no complaints about this hotel,it was clean, the food was good, the rooms clean and service was good. There are other ... resturants near by. The pool and fitness center clean and kept up. I would recomend it to anybody.

The convention center was across the street. Ther are other good resturants in the same block. The hotel resturant has a view of the river.

The Embassy Suites Hotel was very comfortable. The room was hugh. The breakfast was reat, but without having a vehicle, I was ... subject to having room service as the resturant was open for dinner. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes away from my office.
