Macys Fest w/the kids
This was a wonderful hotel with friendly staff, great food, great service, and a wonderful view of the riverfront. The room size is adequate space for adults bringing their children.

Won't be staying at the Marriott again.
The trip was a mini family getaway. We decided on the Marriott on the river. Although the trip was great the hotel was not. The staff were super friendly which was good and the hotel lobby was pretty nice but for the price I paid for the room for 2 nights it wasn't anything spectacular and would have probably been better off staying at a Holiday Inn. The A/C was set on 52 degrees in which it was about 75 degrees. I called the front desk. Maintenance came by to check it out and said they had some compressors down. They said it should be fixed shortly. Guess what? It wasn't. No refrigerator in the room and if you wanted to use wi-fi you had to pay 12.99 for 24 hours. Seriously? Best of all I had to pay $50 for each day I was there and they would put it back on my card after I had checked out. I didn't know that when I booked the hotel. Had I have known I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. I also had to pay $10.00 a day for parking and no continental breakfast. Sad, very sad. There ya have it folks. Stay on the outskirts of town when you visit Cincy.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. I did book a room with two beds and got king beds in both rooms, but they gave us roll aways for free and it wasn't a bit deal for one night. Easy to get to Cincy.

Awesome Hotel
The hotel was beautiful and the staff go out of their way to help!! In the summer---we we there in Feb----I imagine it would be even better---Walk on the river front----close to lots of attractions---we went to the Aquarium and it was amazing---Tons of fun

It was ok...
Upon check-in front desk failed to see we booked room with breakfast. Fortunately, I printed our confirmation to prove it was included. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The balcony room was a waste of extra $$... Don't bother booking it. The room was very small for price they half fast remodeled. The bath room had newer sink but shower was less to be desired. The breakfast buffet was fine... The hotel bar was the best part of our stay. Bartender was very nice and welcoming. I prob will not choose this one again... It was ok.. Not as romantic as we we hoping for since it was around valentines when we stayed there...

Average place
There was noise from the elevator going up and down all night. Not sure if it was from being on the top floor or not. Beds were really uncomfortable, other than that the hotel was awesome and the staff was great.

Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter
Went to dinner in adjacent town for anniversary dinner. The parking garage was difficult to navigate in due to painting and cleaning. Too small of spaces. Breakfast was not very good, not enough for the price paid. Room was beautiful, great view, but parents needed to control their children from running up and down the hall and being extremely loud. It was annoying late at night. Guests with children should be roomed on floors together. The bed was extremely comfortable.
