Wife of chess player
very nice weekend
We were in Bowling Green so my husband could participate in a chess tournament at WKU. (What a beautiful campus, by the way!) The staff was terrific, very helpful. The breakfast was very good with all we could have asked for. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Quiet Overnight Away from Interstate Hwy
Very friendly and efficient. Very comfortable bed. Quiet A/C system. Reasonably priced. Does not include breakfast but it can be had on site for $8.95 Appeared to have good work out room but was not experienced. Indoor pool on site. Much better stop than all the hotels right on the interstate only about 2 to 3 miles off the road so no road noise!

Bad experience
I have stayed at Marriot in the past and it has always been comfortable, with no incidents. This was my first time at the bowling green courtyard marriot. Unfortunately my trip/stay was very unpleasant, and I had to leave the hotel at 3:30 in the morning.

FABULOUS FAMILY VACATION
THE CHILDREN LOVED THE POOL. FIRST DAY THE POOL HAD A LITTLE TOO MUCH CHLORINE BUT OVERALL THEY HAD A GREAT TIME. HOT TUB NEEDED CLEANING AROUND THE UPPER WALLS (ALGEA OR MOLD) BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS SO COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, GREAT BREAKFAST FOODS AND COFFEE. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE SHOWER AND TUB WAS VERY CLEAN. MADE ONE PHONE CALL AND WAS CHARGED 4.31 THOUGHT THAT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY. WENT TO THE CAVES, MAMMOTH AND DIAMOND CAVERANS.

"Need comfort, then this is it"
The temperature for the room was pre-programmed to arrive in a temperature satisfying room, and by the way,the room was spotless. The room came with a pleasurable patio and chairs, and opened up to a very well maintained coutyard. The staff was excellent, the breakfast buffett was excellent, and don't miss staying here when coming to Bowling Green, Ky.

Not the best of the best!
Unknown to us, my husband tried to change the payment for the rooms onto his business account, and was told he couldn't because it was pre-paid. Then when he asked for a copy of the bill, because the company was paying for it, they refused to give him one. Their reasoning was that it was paid for previously and they were not allowed to give out a receipt. The ability to get breakfast at the hotel was possible but they charged for it. Other hotels give out breakfast as commplimentary. The staff was not the friendliest. They did their jobs but did not go out of the way to make you feel at home.

Enjoyed the stay
It was very clean. It is off the main strip so it was quiet but very accessible to restaurants and shopping area. It is close to WKU

Great for Weekend Getaway
The Courtyard Bowling Green has a great location, close to shopping and WKU. The bed was extremely comfortable and the large flat screen tv was great. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel was a little off the main road, making dining and shopping available only by car, unless you really like to walk.
