Quality Inn Bardstown

Hotel is under new management. One person at desk was indifferent, incompetent, or both. No housekeeping service for 3 days, requests for refrigerator and towels were filled for us, not for children's room. Several other things missing or not working. Worker fraternized with guests. Lesbian in pool loudly feigned love-making long after it was time to be closed (air conditioner helped drown out noise). Owner or manager had "just left" or was "on their way." So sorry to see this fine motel go so far down hill.

Just stayed here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location - just off the highway and not far from town. Clean property. Great value. Didn't eat breakfast. Good for families as well.

I have stayed at other local hotels and Quality Inn has the best staff and service out of all. The room was nice and cozy. If I needed any thing the staff was right there to help with my needs. The location was nice the hotel was clean. I like the fact that it is a smoke free hotel and my room was not filled with smoke oder. I will recommend this hotel to other. I was in Bardstown on Business with my Law firm. They took great care of me and my Staff...

i visited bards town for the business travel, nice rooms and breakfast, its located at beautiful location , friendly staff and i really enjoyed staying there i will definitely stay at this property in my next visit.

we visited family, location was very close, also close to town and the craft fair was going on - towel rack was ready to fall off the wall - the weather was very warm - to bad the outside pool was not clean :(:(:( - the water in toilet ran off & on all through the night - the air/fan was very noisy - used to have a mini frig. - not any more - the contennial breakfast was luke warm - did have a nice bed - the carpet looked nice - used to stay here all the time - was nice & clean - the motel manager is going to get some new staff :):):) -&- get the place cleaned back up -

Its a small hotel in a small town. However the bartenders made it like camp - there were several groups there for the Bourbon Festival - and having an onsite bar was great to continue the party - however the entire hotel is very "loved" and in need of repair. We checked out a day early - no clue if we are getting a refund for that night or not - due to the A/C was weak, the house keeping left our windows open on the ground floor facing the parking lot, and the ceiling in the bathroom had very obvious and currently peeling water damage. Also, we were supposed to have a frige/micro - but neither was in nor offered another room. Also I have not clue which room the pictures were taken in, but definately wasn't ours!! If you just need a place to crash, and want to go for drinks - its great - you are looking for anything above 2 stars - MOVE ON!!

The price at the Quality inn Bardstown KY was way too high for such a small room. the shower walls were covered with mold. there was no hot water the first day. the carpet in front of the door was soaked from rain coming in. the continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal or a bagel. the bar in the hotel charged an additional cover charge to get in (and there were only 5 other people in the place). very unsanitary restrooms... unusable. Please do not plan your stay here, you'll regret it!
