Days Inn Ashland KY 11-17-2009
I went to Ashland for a job interview. I have stayed in Days Inn's in other towns. I had a clean room with a comfortable bed. I slept well because it was quite. If I am ever in that area again, Days Inn Ashland is where I will stay.

Very short drive to Walmart and restaurants.

Right off highway with lots of restaurants, gas, and Walmart. Great price. Accepts pets. Average continental breakfast. Room a bit musty smelling, but very clean.

Decent Hotel
Very friendly staff. My only negative note is that Nonsmoking rooms are right next to smoking rooms so the hallway smelt pretty bad.

hooker haven
There was a lady of the evening giving back a room key. Said she stays there every chance she gets. said with a wink. She told the night clerk she was finished for the night. Not my kind of accomodations! :(

the bad, and the really ugly
The view out the hotelm room window was a wall of the hotel, and they had construction going on ontop of the roof, banging for hours.

wellmanaged place
wellmanaged - staff really care and are working all the time to keep hotel up. Very friendly and helpful and nice in their dealing with the customers. Roomclean and nice - was a good stay for that price.

Verybad trip
This hotel was very bad, I told the staff about the pool (had white worms in it), also the bed sheets had burn holes in them. The beds had stains on them, asked for extra pillow was told they didn't have one...

smarter shopper
Decent place, if not a bit out of town.
The Days Inn was right on for the money. It was clean and located right off the main road. Unfortunately for me, it was some distance from my destination but this area is not known for it's choice of hotels. All in all, pleasant place to spend a night.
