Just ike home...

This wasn't just an ordinary hotel room. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, livingroom and two separate sleeping areas with a queen and a king bed. It even had two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a full sized refirgerator and microwave. We were able to have family over to the room without feeling cramped. The staff was incredible. Perfect visit. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Wichita. I highly recommend Hotel at Waterwalk.

Nice Exterior...

The outside of the hotel looks nice enough but when I walked inside I realized why the rate was so cheap. I definitely got what I paid for. The carpets were dirty and so was the bathroom. They had a 19" TV which was situated across the room. Overall this place was probably a little pricey for the condition of the room.

Reasonable, Inexpensive accomodations

Check in was easy with the [...] reservation. Everything was correct.Studio suite was large and roomy. Only limited table service items were provided in kitchen, no cooking utensils provided. All of the appliances I tried worked, but I did not use the stove.This property is older and not particularly well maintained, but for the price it was workable. I did hear the trains as mentioned by another reviewer, but they were not problematic.

Michael, Martin & Me get away weekend.

We received the best treatment. I asked for pots and pans to cook. Received. I asked for lap top accomodations. Received. I asked for additional pillows. Received. I asked for a dvd player. Received. I asked for an additional day at same rate. Received. This was a perfect weekend. EVERYBODY was HAPPY.

Good value

First, great value for the money. A nice suite for less than $50. Was it a 3-star? Well, it isn't now; maybe it was when new. Good bed, nice linen, useful kitchen. On the minus side, breakfast was to last until 9, but was gone when I arrived at 8:15. Final--definitely worth the money, but not worth 3-star money.

good location

A nice low budget place but near highway so kind of noisy at night. We did not mind because we used the hotel as a stop place on our way home.

Hotel was very reasonably priced. Having paid so little ,I had expected to get a small junky room. However the staff was very friendly,room was super clean, it felt like my own apartment.

the whole truth and nothing but

OK!

It is a good place, a little noisy (trains and Highway), but all added not bad. Staff very kind and collaborative.
