Hotel At Old Town

Me and my wife had a blast staying here. The location is great to get out and get a bite to eat, and then go out and have some drinks throughout the night time. Perfect location for walking everywhere you need to go and there is even a movie theater in walking distance.

in the heart of old town and within walking distance to a lot of stuff to do. Needs a pool or a jacuzzi, but beyond that it is a great place to stay. Several bars, clubs and museums all practically right across the street from the hotel. Add in there is a parking garage right next door that you has parking spaces just for hotel guests on the upper levels.

Very nice room. Was on 4th floor and had a neat view. I will stay here again.

I thought I would try something new rather than the hotels out off Rock Rd. It was my eighth time to Wichita and I like to stay in smaller more boutique style hotels with a history. I arrived and was told I had booked a Government Rate which I did not and have never had this problem before. The person at the front desk was not the person I would want representing me with his attitude when a guest has an issue. I had my printed reservation but he still insisted on charing me $149.00 versus the $111.00 I booked. I called customer service who I booked through in the morning and it was immediately resolved with a credit under my door before I finished my shower. The hotel has great potential but is decorated like a lower end chain hotel. The lace shears were filthy and you could see it across the room it makes you wonder about the rest of the place. So sad and they really need to step it up and upgrade the quality of furniture and cleanliness. I am glad to say that when I arrived in Tulsa the next night I was told that the hotel I was staying in was opening a new place in Wichita.

The room was nice and staff courteous. It is a perfect location for downtown fun. We like going to Mosley Street Melodramas which is just across the street. The only down side was it is just across from the open concert area. The bands played well past midnight both Friday and Saturday nights. I do not know if there may be rooms in another area that may not get the sound as loud as ours was.

A lovely, quaint, hotel with old-fashioned grace. Many surprising little touches to make the guest feel pampered. Great value for the price. The staff was friendly, warm and helpful.
