Overall we had a good experience. the bed was good but the pillows were like a 90 year old strippers, well you get the idea. We will go back but I will be packing a real pillow

The hotel has a great location with respect to the Airport, Staff was outstanding!. Room could not have been better. Breakfast was hot with good taste! I would stay again!

Great experience!
My husband and I have five small children and often have a hard time finding a hotel that can meet our needs. We stayed in a suite at the Holiday Inn Express and it was perfect! Very comfortable, with everything we needed!

The hotel room TV program is not that great. I flipped over and over the TV channels in the room but did not find interesting TV programming. The spa is good though. The timer of the spr did not work - meaning the timer did not automatically finish and stop.

location very interesting for business
I was in Wichita for business (West of town) on Saturday it was very easy to go down-town from that location. Bored with restaurants and fast-food I bought some food but the total absence of cutlery in the room, in spite of having fridge and microwave was really annoying:why you don't add some cutlery plastic kit to the coffee equipment? it will help!

Excellent Hotel!
We were in Wichita for Kansas Mens Bowling Tournament. The Holiday Inn was very easy to find, had ample parking and the staff was wonderful! Although the housekeeping gal kept knocking on the door the morning we were going to check out. I told her the first time she came to the door that we would be leaving by 1030am. She came back twice to see if she could clean the room! I would like to call that efficient, however it was a little annoying! Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very nice and the breakfast was fantastic! I give Holiday Inn 5 stars!!

near airport and zoo, plus shopping close by. A short drive and you have a choice of fast food or restaurant choices. will definately stay again
