Great amenities for the price

shows its age
Didn't think the room has been kept up to a standard we would like. The carpets are worn, the sofa was a cheap unit and the outside of the building needs some updating. The breakfast was good, the staff helpful and the location is in an industrial area, but OK.

Nice place to stop on long trip
Room was great unfortunately breakfast didn't start till 7AM on Saturday and we were long gone. Plus no happy hour on weekends?

As always this is our favorite place to stay while in Wichita. We stay twice a year on business and love every time. We will continue to stay as long as they will have us.

In town for family business
The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, and the breakfasts great. We had stayed here before, and enjoy the room the suite has to offer, as well as being well located to our business in Wichita. As we were in the process of facilitating a move, had off-loaded items from our car that in a normal trip would have remained in the car, and, unfortunately, I had stored some on a closet shelf which I left behind. The staff was very helpful in recovering those items and shipping to me.

Wichita trip
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years, this being our fourth. We stay twice a year while participating in the Great Plains Renaissance Faire at Sedgwick Park. There isn't enough we can say about our stay other than it is better than being home.

Not staying again
The hotel was disappointing. When I arrived it took them a while to find my reservation. Then they said couldn't give me the first room because they had a smell issue with the room. However, the room we were placed in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Had to call the front desk and request a change, which they did accommodate. The room was slightly better with the smell, but I could tell that past visitors had smoked in the room, even though the hotel claims to be smoke free. The furnishings are terribly outdated and uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning consisted of a few bagels and pastries. The cleanliness of the breakfast area left much to be desired. I would never stay here again.
