Unhappy Mom!!!
No room at the Inn!!!
We attempted to check in at 5:45 pm on Friday May 20th and after at least 45 minutes of hum hawing around and leaving us standing at the desk, looking thur paper after paper of reservation forms he found my name but informed me that my reservation for a non smoking room with two double beds had been given to someone else. He said he had a double up on the smoking floor that he could let us have. When I said but we have a reservation he cautioned me to not get upset. We did go to the smoking room but it was not satisfactory...smelled like an ashtray and I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Needless to say it left us without a room for my daughters graduation weekend.....I was not a happy camper.
