Regency Inn and Suites is just north of turnpike, exit 6 off I-470 and US 75. In a midst of various adjoining food, beverage, shopping, entertainment, and other business facilities and nearby Forbes Field Airport, Lake Shawnee, Kansas Expocentre, Combat Air Museum, National Guard Museum, Heartland Park and Kansas Museum of History. Regency Inn and Suites is on I-470, at exit 6, and I-470, is a heavily traveled east - west corridor and handles over 100,000 cars per day at this interchange. We have over 1,500,000 USD in property upgrades, which has also resulted into a new hotel offering quality rooms, quality choice beddings with extra guest room amenities along with the Head Start breakfast in its elegantly decorated lobby next to its new lobby front desk area. Nightmare

The lst room they gave us had not been cleaned, rotten food and trash all over, vomit by the sink., did not even go into the bathroom. The 2nd room was almost as bad, queen sized sheets on king sized bed, Bathroom dirty, cockroaches ect. I think you get the picture. Place should be torn down. I stayed there only because the races were in town and all other hotel/motels were full.

Disgusting place to stay.

The hotel location is not ideal. The surroundings is poorly lit. Reception area is like a convenience store with the management office caged in. The place smell. You can smell cigarette smoke before you even enter the room. Inside, the carpet floor is damp, and sticky. Has a small dusty old air conditioning unit . Bed cover is riddled with cigarette burns, Bathroom is filthy. Towels and bed sheets are soiled. We opted not to spend the night .We hurriedly left for Oklahoma driving through the night. Sorry, the place should be condemned.
