awful

We got to the hotel at around 6 and got a room on the 2nd floor. As soon as we walked in the heat was on full blast so we turned it to a/c full blast and left for our event for three hours and it never cooled down. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The parking lot was very dark and there were guys whistling at us in the parking lot. Lastly they had people working on the roof very early in the morning which woke us up when we used the vacation to sleep in. all in all a horrible experience next time I will spend more to never experience that again.

Motel 6 Topeka N.W.

Average room with very helpful personnel. Easy to find, right off the Interstate. T.V. was from 1960. Overall satisfied due to low rate. Would recommend.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

We were in town for the drag races. Of course they raised the rates because there was an event in town. The rooms were very very small and dirty. The shower had very low water pressure. Not even enough to wash the conditioner out of my hair. It was very warm outside and our air conditioner did not work. But since we did not inform the manager within the first 15 minutes, he would not do anything for us, such as change rooms. The customer service was terrible. We have stayed at this chain of hotels many times over the years because they were always reasonably priced, clean and overall decent rooms. I will never stay at one again. They have gone really down hill. We were very disappointed. We will gladly pay more to stay at a nicer hotel next time. The worst night of sleep of my life! Recommend to a friend?? No way!! I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy.

The bad Motel 6

It was dirty, I did not get the room I asked for, it was a very bad stay. I will never go to that hotel again.

Good, bad & not very satisfied

We had a youth sporting event to attend close by which is why this hotel was chosen. It was a good location but once we got to our room it was a little run down. No alarm clock, a dirt towel was in the bathroom & the shower was very very small. My 12 yr old daughter even had troubles taking her shower. The room was just not very clean. I just couldn't wait to check out. Luckily we only had to stay one night.

OUTWEST TRIP

RUDENESS AND PLACES PEOPLE IN BAD ROOMS BECAUSE HAVE PETS...AND CHARGE WHICH IS OK BUT OUR PET IS A REAL NEAT AND CLEAN FAMILY MEMBER AND ALL TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS WAS BASED ON HER NEEDS ALSO...WE DID NOT WAN TACKY ROOM....
