I really enjoyed the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There happened to be a girls volleyball tournament in ... town this week so there were a lot of teenage girls running up and down the halls which made it noisier than expected for a Wednesday night stay. Overall the hotel was great and will most likely stay there again when in town.

The East Town Mall is only about 10 miles away and I needed to run over there after a tie mishap. It is probably the best mall in the Kansas City area so worth stopping there if there is anything you need.

The East Town Mall is only about 10 miles away and I needed to run over there after a tie mishap. It is probably the best mall in the Kansas City area so worth stopping there if there is anything you need.

Nice, clean, helpful hotel

Shawnee Courtyard is a very nice little hotel. Rooms are clean. Nice lobby. Made to order breakfast available. 24 hour ... snack bar. Staff is very pleasant. My only negative is that there were loads of little leaguers staying at the hotel over the 4th and they were racing up and down the hallways constantly.

Took a long time to check in and we had to stand in the lobby for at least an hour while hotel staff and orbitz staff tried ... to fix the computer problem

Great hotel with easy access to I-435 and destinations in JoCo and Legends shopping area. Most Marriotts provide a ... complimentary breakfast, but this one charged $7. Staying with 3 other females, an additional mirror in the room and a fan in the bathroom would have helped earn a 5 star rating. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet and clean...which are my top requirements for a hotel.
