Lacking in Customer Service

First of all, we checked in on a Friday evening arould 8:00 PM. There were a several people trying to check in. There were ... three employees behind the counter, but only one person checking people in. The other two kept talking to each other and ignoring the waiting line. The room they gave us was for a person with disability. Since we are not disabled, the room did not accomodate our needs. Besides, was there a diabled person who needed the room and did not get it? The shower leaked and the sink was stopped up. The morning we checked out we had to go down the hall to the public restroom to brush our teeth. I will never stay here again and would not recommed it to anyone else.

A very good location for all of Overland Park. Situated with a excellent choice of dining establishments to choose from. The ... room was very clean. Size wise it was normal, but we were only there for one night.

We were there 4 nights and they never changed our sheets. We had only one towel in the room for 2 people. Even the "cheap" ... hotels, motels have a continental breakfast, but they didn't. I would not stay here again.

This hotel had easy access to shopping and a few restaurants. Not many fast food options but a couple within a mile or so. ... It was ½ the cost of the competitor chain I usually stay at and I didnt missed out on any of the service. Nothing fancy but clean with helpful staff; perfect for the business traveler watching the companys bottom line.

The Wyndham Overland Park - Garden seemed to be convient for travelers attending events at the speedway. The area appeared to ... be fairly secure. Arrival and departure was easy before and after peek traffic times.

This property is under renovation, and probably should not be used until further along in the process. I was surpised that ... it uses the name, Wyndham. During my check out, I shared with the front desk that the bathtub was much too unclean for use without rubber shoes during the shower. The clerk said that she would take that room out of circulation until this problem had been fixed.

too much noise

We were checked in promptly. The first night there were some very loud party people a few rooms away and even after I called ... the front desk at 12:30 the noise did not stop until about 1:30 am. We had to get up very early the next morning and I was very tired all day because of lack of good sleep. I did not appreciate the way the hotel did not keep a better handle on the loudness of the party involved.

THE WINDAM HOTEL WAS JUST OKAY. THE FOOD WAS NOT TO MY LIKEING AND THE STAFF NOT VERY FRIENDLY, EXCEPT FOR THE THE HOTEL ... BARTENDER.I WOULDN'T RECOMEND THE ROOM SERVICE EIATHER VERY OVER PRICED AND NOT ANY GOOD. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN THOUGH THATS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL.

This hotel is very easy to get to. The location is great. There is plenty of places to eat and a lot of shopping within a ... short drive of the hotel. The bed was very omfortable. We got to the hotel late and check in was very quick and easy. The room was missing a hair dryer. They were real quick in getting us a replacement and the front desk called to folow-up. I have stayed here before and will do so again. It is my first choice when I go to the KC area.

Where are the gardens?

Hotel stay was ok. Nothing special. Tried to use room service Sunday night at 8:45... They were closed. Staff was not ... friendly. I trully expected this hotel would have a garden area since garden is in their name... I was wrong.

The Wyndam Overland Park was roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. I slept very well. The ... check-in was easy, and check-out was efficient and friendly. I would stay there again.

I was very impressed with almost every aspect of my stay. What I was not impressed with was how much they wanted to charge ... for internet connection. Instead of paying $10 a day I just went to a local coffee shop and got it for free, this was after I tried to get a signal from their competition. Sorry there is just no way that I will ever pay that much for one day. It is very impracticle of them.

I checked into the hotel with my little boy and we were directed to the most difficult to get to room in the place. The ... hotel staff was not helpful with directions and it was very overwhelming trying to navigate the signs which led nowhere. Another guest actually helped me find my room. After getting the room I was pleased with the accommodations for the most part.

For the room rate I expected a higher class hotel than it turned out to be. My room key did not work at all on the ... first day and took multiple tries once it did work. There is no elevator so you must lug suitcases up a flight of stairs. I asked for a wake-up call as I had an important meeting the next morning and the call never came. The alarm on the alarm clock also didn't work. At least the bed was comfortable. All in all would not return.
