Excellent Staff
My only problem with the hotel stay was during the booking phase. I tried to change the room type after booking and I was told after calling the 800 number that the room had been changed. But upon arrival the room had not been changed. Otherwise the hotel staff was great.

Family overnight stay
Nice suite for a family stay. Beds were comfortable & room clean. Used wifi and tv--not there except to sleep over. Would recommend for family!

I've stayed here before and once again I was not disappointed. This time I uses the fitness center and was pleased with the up-to-date equipment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
When we arrived at the Hotel they didn't have any rooms avaiable for us and said it would be a couple hours before we could get checked in. Once we got checked in they gave us a room with two double beds instead of one King. [...] They were very rude and didn't try to help or accomadate us in anyway. The Hotel was very dirty and ovepriced for the room. I would advise not staying here.

Wonderful experience!
Great property, friendly helpful staff who gave us great tips & discounts on resturants. Beautiful, spacious rooms that were spotless! Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area & point friends in your direction!

Allergy Sufferers Beware
I chose the Hyatt because of its location which was perfect for my needs. The rooms were clean and the staff was gracious and helpful. The problem was that there was mold in the room air conditioners. With my asthma and severe allergy to mold, my stay became nearly intolerable. In an attempt to decrease the amount of mold spores in the air, I refused to use the air conditioners which resulted in room temperatures over 80 degrees. During the day, the housekeeping staff would turn on the AC in order to clean my room. Upon my return in the evening, the room would smell like a damp basement. I would then be forced to request another room. During my stay, I changed my room twice and turned down three other rooms, all smelling damp.
