Nice hotel for a quick stay
We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way home from a vacation in Texas. [...] there was a bit of confussion when we checked in, but the hotel staff were wonderful and made sure that we weren't charged for more than the one night we were staying and even offered to have us speak with their business manager the next day just to make sure everything was taken care of. The hotel room was a few years old, not new by any standards, but was a fine room to stay in. The only concerns we had were that the yv remote was very sticky, didn't want to touch it without a tissue, the bed was harder than a rock, and the sheets did not smell clean, more along the lines of a bad perfume. I'd definitely stay here again, but if it was for more than the one night, I would've mentioned the perfume smelling sheets to see if we could've gotten them changed.

Great value, but not the cleanest.
Overall, the place was fine. Pleasant desk staff. My only complaint was with the cleaning staff. Upon check in, the commode had dried urine all over the seat. Also, two of the bath towels were either stained or dirty. At $60 per night I didn't expect the Ritz-Carlton, but I didn't expect a filthy toilet either!! TRUST & BELIEVE!!!

Nice place, large room, good value
Good size suite. Nice location. Staff very friendly. New-looking facility. Only minor ding, in my view: breakfast, which is included in room price, was not particularly memorable and didn't have much of a selection of items.

recommend doing breakfast elsewhere though b'fast is included in room price. Not very good selection. Otherwise, very nice place.

Hotel Rental for Spring Break
My hotel experience was good, I was able to check in early because I got in a little earlier than planned. The staff members were very professional. I will probably book here the next time I'm in KC.

Great stay
Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location in Overland Park one block from Metcalf Ave. near I-435. A couple of decent restaurants within walking distance and more within a very short drive. My room was quiet and very clean. My stay was only two nights so I didn't use the mini kitchen but it was nice. Full size fridge, two burner stove, microwave, and small dishwasher. The bed was a comfortable queen in this single room. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do have a small dining area where they offer a continental breakfast M-F, only coffee on the weekends though. I can confidently recommend to anyone. Would be great for longer stays.
