The hotel is right across from the Overland Park Convention Center. Down the road about a mile or two is a new shopping ... center which has tons of great stores. We were only about 20 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri so the location is great. The hotel was very clean and roomy. Each room only has land-line internet access, so sitting on the bed and surfing the internet isn't an option. They do have Wi-fi in the lobby. The pool and fitness center were always clean and had towels. The hotel was very quiet. We never really heard anyone else in either room beside us.

There's a huge shopping mall about a mile away. Complete with major department stores, specialty stores, movie theatres, and the finest restaurants.

Business trip so wasn't expecting much. Hotel was reasonably priced and comfortable. Time to update to flat screen tv tho. ... Breakfast was ok but unless you get room where it's included in price you will have to pay restaurant price for non restaurant food. Cook and staff were great.

The Courtyard Marriott hotel in Overland Park, Kansas is just a few blocks from the highways, the surrounding businesses, and ... a very large shopping center. The rooms are very comfortable with a large sitting area with computer hook-up for the business traveler. The lobby restaurant provides a full breakfast menu for a relaxed sitting or for those on the go. And there is an indoor heated pool with jacuzzi and exercise room.

Everything was fine.I wish they would serve something more than just breakfast for meals. The location worked out great for ... me. The Staff was very professional.
