Comfort Inn & Suites

We were very impressed from the time we walked into the lobby. The floor was clean and shiny even though it was raining that day. The kids liked the breakfast room even though it wasn't open yet. They couldn't wait to see what kind of food would be there in the morning. We went to our room before we went to our event that was the reason for the trip and the beds were very impresseive and the room was spotless. The kids had fun looking around to see what was there. The shower was large and very clean and I loved the massaging shower head. The beds were so soft and the pillows were very fluffy! My husband said that he didn't wake up with a backache. The breakfast was awesome as well. I had trouble with the waffle maker and not only did the attendant clean it for me she also started a new waffle which she did not have to do. The attendant was also always making sure that all of the trays and the milk and coffee were filled. All in all we were very impressed.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was friendly, but I had to call the hotel to check out after standing at the desk waiting for about 5 minutes. There was no bell at the front desk, and I also had to wait to check in. The staff was very friendly, though.

To start off, when checking in, the clerk acted like he was unhappy to be bothered. When we got to the room, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Later discovered there were no washclothes. Room was neat and tidy and the air worked. the breakfast was OK but the waffel maker turned out doughy waffels. The ice machine turned out slushy ice. the one woman who was supplying the food for the breakfast was working very hard and doing the best she could. was not too impressed with the rest of the staff. I will chose any other hotel than this one on my next trip to Kansas City.

It was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The waffle iron nearly died on us, but it was okay. Check out took 3 seconds, literally. Check in took about 4 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a macaroni grill near-by and we don't have that where we came from. I was SO excited! I did not try any of the other amenities. The room was a little quirky though, it was not super dark, you had to lift up on the handle to open the door, and the water took a minute or two to get warm. Overall, it was very good. The computer in the lobby was helpful and the staff was always helpful.

We had a great experience! It was a nice hotel room, but just average. Nothing super fancy. The beds were very comfortable and soft sheets/towels.

Ease of checkin, good parking, quiet, bed was adequate, for the price was a good stay.
