Terrible Hotel Experience
This hotel was chosen based on a four-star rating that was clearly undeserved. The hotel staff was just fine, but hotel itself was older and the rooms were in need of repair/upgrade. The A/C or thermostat was broken in one room (multiple attempts to correct the issue were made) so we were moved to a different room and the thermostat wasn't much better. It wasn't a very hot day, but the A/C evidently couldn't keep up, even at 5:00 am! It was a miserable stay, with few amenities to warrant such an inflated price! Next time I'll forget about the star rating and just go to a more trusted, economical chain.
