Best Western Olathe
An attractive comfortable room, great staff and a good breakfast. But there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink that, although we called attention to it, was never completely eradicated.

Great hotel in southwest KC
Nice location. Easy on/off I-35 in Olathe. Clean rooms. Got room w/ two queen beds and still had enough room to "spread out" with our family of 5. Complimentary breakfast was good. Clean eating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas getaway
We were there over Christmas Day and the hotel put out a nice list of restaurants that were planning on being open and the houres of operation. We found that very helpful. The hot tub went cold on Christmas day but they had it in operation by the next morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly, always offering to help with any needs we might have.

Best Western Olathe
Hotel in very good condition and nicely maintained. One area that could be improved is the quality of the food offerings for breakfast. Fresh fruit, a wider variety of fresh pastries, perhaps some yogurt and higher quality juices would be nice. The Smokehouse Barbeque in nearby suburb east of Olathe was great.

The Applebee's was surprisingly good. The Great Plains Shopping Ctr. appears to be on its last legs but we weren't there to shop anyway. Its 30 minutes to Lawrence, easy drive and this hotel is much nicer than anything there.

Everything a hotel should be!
We visited family over the holidays in Olathe. The holidays get hectic and it was so nice to come back to this fabulous hotel. Friendly staff! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hot breakfast was perfect. Good coffee too! Best bed and pillows we've experienced in a hotel! This is our hotel of choice in the KC-Olathe area!
