Convenient location, good price
Had a problem with sower controls in first room. The staff responded quickly and provided another room. We visited family and the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum while there.

Awful, creepy and filthy.
Very unfriendly staff. Had three different individuals to deal with, and all three were snide and rude. [...] The smoking room I requested was not only reeking as if someone had just smoked there, but the pet dander and hair was totally unacceptable. The bathroom was gross. Toilet wasn't clean and the shower was clogged. Never stay at a Comfort in again.
