Everything was nice enough but the price seems high for a normal weekend. No football or basketball games. The bath room had the worst sink. If you did not turn the faucet on high then the water missed the round sink and ran on the floor.

Short walk from hotel
KSU and Aggieville are a close walk. Bar and grille is next to motel.

College visit with daughter to my alma mater. Hotel staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The remodeled hotel is quite nice; while there may be less costly options in Manhattan (KS), the combination of quality accomodations, good service and across the street from KSU can't be beat.
