No Hot Water
Hot Water didn't work for 12 hours. Told front desk and they stated "we will check on it.". Cold water showers in KS winter is not fun.

Ta-Town Runner
Very nice experience.
My friend and I were in town for a run. The hotel was very clean and well-kept and the staff was courteous. They had us sign an agreement to be quiet after hours, which is a plus if you want to avoid rowdy college-town crowds. The breakfast was very good with a large selection. The hotel is next to the mall and walking distance to college and Aggieville.

The entrance was a little hard to find with the construction going on around, but I am sure once that is finished it will be in a superb location right next to restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a reunion and have lived in Manhattan before.

Fairfield Inn Manhattan
Free internet with room as well as free breakfast until 10 in the morning. Rooms were spotless and the staff was very friendly and willing to help.

good location,nice staff,enjoyable stay
nothing fancy but clean and great, friendly staff-responsive to requests-coffee at the entrance was a nice touch breakfast room was large and staff kept well stocked bed was very comfortable even though there were several groups in the hotel it wasn't noisey

Grandma
Wonderful place to stay!
This was a wonderful location for me and my two teenage granddaughters. Their was a Mall directly across the street with choices for dining. There was a pool that they fully enjoyed. The location was perfect. The personnel went out of their way to make the stay a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay there again.
