Needs some work
It seemed the hotel was going through some changes...having problems with internet connections, workout facility equipment were not all working, staff seemed new or uneducated about the facilities (internet capabilities); long time in checking in. Room was comfortable; shower had not been completely clean. Lots of room at sink and vanity.

Hotel Review
There were a number of groups that were up and loud until midnight. We asked front desk staff for food suggestions, and they didn't seem to eager to help.

So disappointed
We were in Manhattan to attend a friends wedding. We have stayed at Best Western's all over the country and usually been pleased but this time not so. We took our daughter to the pool where we discovered that the floor surrounding the pool was coming off. When you walked on it your feet became very black and you could see where the floor was coming apart. The next morning we went down to eat breakfast to discover that the rudest breakfast person in the world worked there. This woman was ordering customers out of her way while she loudly complained to coworkers about how much work she had to do. It was a very unpleasant experience. We would not stay there again.
