Good value and its safe residential neighborhood location right off an interstate make Super 8 Lenexa Overland Park Area a smart choice for families and business travelers alike. Cheap & clean, good location
It was a quick getaway to Kansas City for a music festival and we didn't want to spend too much on hotel accommodations. This Super 8 was a block off of I-35 and was easy enough to get to the Kansas City Speedway. Heading further into Lenexa on 95th Street and you ended up at a pretty decent mall with lots of food options - go a little bit further and eat at a local breakfast place called First Watch (in a little strip mall) - it was FANTASTIC! There was some road construction going on - some of the on/off ramps to the Interstate were closed, but following the detours was easy - plus, it should be done fall/winter 2011.

Good Location
Good location (safe and lots of food options). Rooms are a little small and dated, but the bathroom was a decent size (minus super small toilet). No fridge or microwave but coffee maker in room.a Service a bit slow and easily confused. Not the worst, not the best, but a good cheap location for Kansas City pit stop.

Friendly Staff, Great place to stay!
We were in town for our sons wedding and several of the wedding party stayed at this hotel. We found it perfect for our needs and the satff was super friendly. If there had been a swimming pool at this location it would have been perfect. But as it was, we still give it and A!

The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with things to do for my 9 yr old in the area. They were very friendly and engaged upon check in and check out, they were awesome!

Shawnee, KS Visit
The staff was very nice. However, I had to ask a couple times to get my room sprayed with an air freshner and to have the toliet repaired.
