The room was neat and clean and the staff was always visable and very friendly. The lobby was large enough for groups ... waiting to leave. I enjoyed receiving the local paper every day.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the towels were super white and high quality. The ... room was spotless and had superior quality carpeting. The staff was more than pleasant and helped me several times, including locating local businesses when I was short of time. I have paid twice as much for hotels that are absolutely no better.

The hot salsa at the Mexican restaurant one mile west of the Hampton was the best green variety I have tasted. Also nearby, the Stone Creek restaurant had an interesting selection of drinks and a respectable menu.

It's not within quick walking distance to downtown, especially on a windy Kansas day. Have a car or find out about the bus schedule.

Very comfortable

Ample, clean room with very helpful staff who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We were visiting our old ... "hometown" and the staff made us feel very welcome. We needed a fridge for leftovers from our favorite restaurants and they found us one and put it in our room -- for free. Coffee and tea were always ready in the lobby for us.

Arrived late, left early so i did not sprnd much time at the hotel. Airconditioner/ heat was very noisey. Only had sheet and ... heavy comforter. Would have preferred a light blanket. Pillows were hard for my taste. Free breakfast OK. Nothing special. Dis not have free newspaper
