Graduation Stay

We were there for just one night as our daughter was graduating Ft Hays State! Great Value, location, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding! You definitely get more than you pay for here!

An awful place to stay

the staff was very rude,the cops were called because the TV was "To Loud", they charged me for other rooms, when I asked to talk to a manager, no one was available and when I asked to for them to call them, they told me I needed to leave. [...] housekeeping never cleaned the room. Had to go the front desk to ask for fresh towels. The worst experience I ever had.

Great stay

[...] the desk clerk that checked us and originally out was very pleasant and helpful. However, the other desk clerk and I didn't get her name was rather rude. I had booked a room also for my friends and they asked if they could change the room over to their credit card and clerk snapped no because you didn't book through the hotel you don't get anything. I stated that I was given a receipt and she he grabbed the one [...] gave me out of my hand and tore it up. In a very snappy voice she stated that I wasn't to get one because we didn't book through the hotel. Other than this the hotel room was very nice and comfortable.

It was okay with us....

We were in town for a wedding. This place isn't fancy, but the service was great. Very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are kind of small if you are staying with children. Great place if you just need a bed and a place to rest. Nothing fancy, but the staff made up for the small rooms.
