Good for One Night
This hotel is very dated. The room was OK for a stop over only. The rug in the room was was coming up and needed to be restreatched. The pillows were lumby. The heater took a long time to heat up the room. They need to gut the whole hotel and start over.

We stayed at this hotel while on a cross country motorcycle trip. Parking our bikes by our front door was a plus, however, the room was a bit on the small size. We used the indoor hot tub--nice and clean but no pool towels. Room was exceptionally clean, and front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Cozy/comfy overnighter.
Road construction is complete & access to the hotel is good. The bed was really comfortable, the a/c not too loud, a good light blocking curtain kept out the bright hotel lights. The bathroom was a bit tight, but ok. A nice touch was a power strip provided so we didn't have to hunt for an available outlet. The only detriment to a good nights sleep was the snoring husband...he got kicked to the "quite comfortable" recliner & slumber was achieved. With my son now attending FHSU, I will stay here again.

Passing through on a long trip. Room was quite adequate for the price. Outside entry, which was fine with us as we wanted the car at the door. Neighborhood was mostly restaurants, etc. Clean. Carpet needs to be replaced Very comfortable bed! Very friendly staff.

served our purpose on long road trip
We were traveling with pet that limits our options. It was outdated and generally unattractive, but essentially clean. The last being most important.

Clean, but noisy
I decided on this hotel because it was in my price range for attending a graduation reception. Due to construction on Vine St., it was difficult to get to at first. Since I arrived late at night parking was too far from my room. I didn't feel safe walking to my room the first night. When I could park close to my room, I felt more comfortable. The people above me in the hotel were loud. The room was neat and clean. I was glad to have a refrig.

Very nice -- everything updated
Basic, but very nice, clean and well-maintained. Everything worked. Updated flat-screened TV. Free WiFi internet access with great speed. Power strip at the desk (handy for computer). Recliner in the room. Extra nice thermal blanket on the bed. I would have given 5 stars if there'd been a continental breakfast -- but there was none. Plenty of restaurants close by.

America's Best Value is a good value
The hotel is in a decent location. The price is very good. The condition of the room was fine, although there was a hint of a bad smell--not overpowering, but slightly annoying.
