Great place and value.
We were in Kansas for a family reunion and high school reunion and with it also being the 4th of July I feel we were lucky to get such a nice room at an affordable price. Since the temps in Kansas were triple digit every day we were there it was nice to be able to come back to a clean quiet air-conditioned room every night to relax. The maids were courteous and came by each morning around 9:30, knocked and waited for us to answer before asking if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There is an Apple-bee's directly across the street from motel and they stay open fairly late to take care of the customers. The food was fantastic and the staff was exceptional. Definitely a bonus to anyone staying at the motel.

On arrival, clerk could not find my reservation. Did not have my credit card number correct, did not have the room I reserved correct, nor did they have my preference available. Were unwilling to return my money. Went elsewhere.
