For a Days Inn this motel was below standard. The room was shabby and worn and the faucets in the shower leaked. There was an odor in the room that may have been cleaning chemicals but had an off smell. The breakfast was good and even had more variety than some motels we have stayed at for a higher price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent for the Money
We arrived fairly late to check-in and there was still someone at the desk when we got there. The attendant was nice and helpful. pointing the way to the ice machine etc. Our room was clean, nothing fancy to look at, but we weren't expecting anything extraordinary since we just needed a place to sleep. The breakfast in the morning wasn't fancy either, but it was free, and that is always nice.

disappointed and sad
if something is offered make sure it is working the pool was not heated was told when it worked it would be a cool 82 to 84. was told many coffee pots did not work. had to beg for ice at the front desk and could only half a bucket. wifi worked when it wanted to

Midway point stop
No one at check-in for about 10 minutes. Bathroom not clean. Carpet not clean.

Wonderful staff. It was a bite at midnight to lok for a HoJo when the hotel had been rebadged as a Days Inn. This should have been explained before I tried to find it at midnight

We drove most of the day and arrived late into Goodland, KS. The hotel was hard to find as the name has changed to the Days Inn. I was traveling alone with my kids. All three of us did not have a good feeling about the hotel (smell, overall ambiance, cleanliness, uncomfortable beds). We ended up walking right through the room and finding a different hotel. The Comfort Inn was much more "comfortable" and we felt much safer there.
