Travelodge Dodge City

Hotel was very nice, especially all amenities in room. Only downside was the bad smell outside that seems to cover Dodge City

The rooms were clean and cool. We both slept well. Although late for the continental breakfast, the host accommodated us by letting us attend the Chamber of Commerce "ribbon cutting ceremony!" Staff VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. The only criticism is that the pool had no water - but since the hotel is under remodeling, that is OK.

The room was fine. But they told my wife when she checked in that part of the cost was for the pool. The pool had no water in it and the Ice machines were down. I think the next time we stay thing should be as they say.

The room was okay, but it needed more coffee, there was only enough in the room for one small cup apiece, the continental breakfast that was supposed to be from 6-9 was all gone before 8:30.

It is a wonderful, clean hotel. It is close to all Dodge City sites. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast in the morning.

Don't go there, when we checked in our king size bed turned in to a queen because they over booked the king rooms. The bed had a large weak spot in the middle of the mattress, so we slept like in a U shape. Now our backs hurt. It was supposed to have internet service, very poor reception to none. No ice machine handy to room, it had been taken apart for the parts. No microwave in room. Basicly run down and out dated. Would not recomend to anyone.

The hotel is old and in need of some repair. It was clean except the carpet and we saw a few bugs. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but were very disorganized. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty minimal. We has 9 rooms for a family gathering and had a good time in spite of the confusions but would probably not chose this hotel again,

I was here to see my mother who is dying and the location is close to other family. The staff is very efficient and the room is clean

like the staff, the rooms where nice size, the bathroom very large, all well cleaned. Only proplem was the pool area really. there are only about 10 chairs, and most are broken, also the pool was to close at 10 pm, but as late as 11:20 pm people where still swimming in and drinking beer in pool area as well as some young guys thowing each other in and very loud. Don't know why the staff did not just go out to the gated area, tell them it is closed and lock it? the pool was in the outside court yard and then some people sat outside of rooms in chairs and talked drunk and loud for hours at night, (I blame the rude guest not so much the staff on this issue)I know Dodge city is a cowboy town of old, but tht was then and not now, so it wasn't very quiet. But it was worth the money, the pool was clean, the rooms nice and the staff as well. Breakfast was buiscuits and gravy, muffins,juice and cereals, that was good.
