Conveniently located 1 mile west of downtown, the La Quinta Inn & Suites Dodge City provides a superior level of service to complement its collection of fine amenities. We are only a short drive from a wide array of fine restaurants, the Village Square Mall, and Dodge City Civic Center. Get the adrenalin flowing as you pump it up in our on-site fitness center, relax in our heated indoor pool, and then unwind in the whirlpool. It's all here for you, as our guest. You'll also enjoy a Free Bright Side BreakfastTM each morning. Take advantage of our spacious business center and beautiful private boardroom. All rooms include free wireless (and hard-wired) high-speed Internet access, as well as 32-inch flat-screen TVs with expanded cable channels such as three different HBO channels, Disney, two ESPN channels, USA, and MSNBC (just to name a few). ok

I liked the customer service but the hotel room had a smell to it. Like there was a wet rag left in there. I also would've figured they have toothpaste but they didn't. Also when we reserved the room through orbits it said we had to check out at 12am but when we got there they said we had to checkout at11

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

There is a beautiful new restaurant at the Mariah Hills golf course, called Mariah Hills Steak and Ale. Best steak I've ever had in Dodge. Great atmosphere.
